I have noticed that my battery indicator hasn't been showing in my menu bar and whenever i try to click the preference in energy saver to show the battery status in the menu bar, it clicks off, it won't stay clicked, has anybody else had this problem

i haven't. .yet. . try using Disk Utilities to Repair your Permissions , when off-line
the indicator is just a little javascript® thingie
